How do you manage payments?
We work with 60% of the total upfront. This happens once the graphic proposal has been approved by both parties. Later, when the website has been designed and developed and text and/or images are being polished, we will ask for another 20%. Upon completion of the website, the last 20% will be requested.
Do websites include maintenance?
We provide different maintenance plans to keep your website updated, backed up and secure, with a 24 hours for resolution in emergency cases.
Are the websites easy to update?
All our websites integrate a Content Management System (CMS) to allow you to easily update the website. There’s no need to know about code or programming languages to make your updates.
Are there additional costs?
Additional costs may be added if there’s a need for a specific hosting environment or security certificates.
Is support Included?
Support is not included within the scope of any project. There are different support plans for any of your needs.
How do I make changes on the website?
All of our websites come with a basic CMS to easily update the information, so for most content updates there won’t be a need to contact us. If you require a Complex Layout Change we can price it for you, according to the complexity of the request.
What’s your refunds policy?
Our refund policy is limited to specific SOW statements provided in each project, linked to scope and performance metrics. We reserve the rights to provide refunds for an already developed website / app – All projects include enough participation from the client and approving stages to know exactly what will be done and clearly define the scope before getting into development phases.
