The tools are a reference
The cost calculator, the AI-readiness check and the Google Business Profile audit are free and automated. Their results are indicative: they may contain errors and are not professional advice.
Calculator ranges are not an offer. A project’s price is set only by a written fixed-price quote, after a call.
Acceptable use
- Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to use the tools or submit forms.
- Do not enter false data or someone else’s data, or web addresses you have no right to analyse.
- Do not try to breach, overload or get around the site’s limits and controls.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Quotes and projects
Each project is governed by its written quote or contract, which sets scope, price, timeline, deliverables and payment. If anything on this site contradicts that quote, the quote prevails.
Unless the quote says otherwise, the rights to custom design and code pass to the client once payment is complete.
We do not guarantee business results (search rankings, sales or traffic): we commit to the work described in the quote.
Site content
The site’s texts, designs, marks and materials belong to Lavish Solutions or their owners. You may quote them with attribution; do not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, Brevo, Recurrente, WhatsApp). They are outside our control and are also governed by their own terms.
Liability
The site and tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lavish Solutions is not liable for damage arising from the use of the free results or from site interruptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Guatemala City.
