Case studies

Stories from the trenches.

What changed after we automated the busywork or rebuilt the store. Most clients appear under a codename, since their names and raw data are shared only in private; the figures are the ones we publish.

The Auditor

The problem

Four people spent their days re-typing PDF invoices into an ageing ERP. Copy, paste, check, repeat: processing one batch of invoices took 7 days.

The fix

We built The Auditor, a custom AI agent that reads each PDF, cross-checks it against the purchase orders, validates it against the company’s rules and queues the payment for approval. No copy-paste, no typos, no week-long wait.

The result

A batch now takes 7 seconds instead of 7 days, and the four people moved on to analysis work, where their judgement actually matters.

Atlas

The problem

A 2010-era online store: slow pages, confusing navigation and a mobile experience that barely existed. Visitors arrived, clicked around and left.

The fix

We rebuilt the storefront from scratch (fast, mobile-first, built to convert) and added an AI personalization engine that adapts the store to each shopper in real time.

The result

Same traffic, same products: revenue grew 400% in the first 60 days after launch, five times what the store made before the rebuild.

Concierge

The problem

Support, sales and logistics questions all landed on the same people. Answering them by hand took up more than a full working week, every week, and anything sent after hours waited until morning.

The fix

A fleet of AI agents trained on the company’s own knowledge now answers support, sales and logistics queries around the clock, and hands the conversation to a person whenever it isn’t sure.

The result

More than 40 hours of manual work reclaimed every single week, and customers get an answer at 3 a.m. as well as at 3 p.m.

Wayam

The problem

A cardamom and coffee brand from Cobán, Alta Verapaz, that needed one home online: somewhere to tell its story, sell to shoppers and take orders from wholesale buyers.

The fix

We designed wayam.org: the brand site, the online store and a wholesale ordering flow for businesses that buy in volume.

The result

The brand sells online under its own name, and the site credits Lavish Solutions. Wayam is one of the clients we can name publicly; we don’t publish its sales figures.
