Lavish Solutions is a design, marketing and AI automation studio based in Guatemala City. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use lavish.solutions and our free tools, what we use it for and what you can ask of us. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact and result forms: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Email verification: to send you a result or book a call we email you a 6-digit code; we keep the code only while it is valid (15 minutes).
- Cost calculator: your answers (project type, pages, features, timeline and budget range) and the estimated range.
- AI-readiness check: the web address you enter and the result of analysing its public pages.
- Google Business Profile audit: the business you choose and the public profile data Google returns.
- Booking a call: name, email, company, role, company size and industry, services of interest, timeline, budget and the challenge you describe.
- Automation kit and portfolio: name, email and company, to send you a temporary access link.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, referring page and campaign parameters (utm), used to protect the site against abuse and to know where visits come from.
What we use it for
- Answering your request, sending the result you asked for and preparing the call.
- Before a call, researching public information about your company (its website and public listings) with the help of AI tools, so the conversation starts with context.
- Protecting our tools from bots and abuse (bot checks, usage limits and email verification).
- Measuring site usage in aggregate to improve it.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We only write to you about what you asked for; tell us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service:
- Cloudflare: site delivery, security, bot verification (Turnstile) and cookieless visit statistics.
- Google: Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics), PageSpeed Insights and Places (for the tools) and Gemini (for pre-call research).
- Brevo: sending emails.
- Recurrente: online payment of quotes; your card data is handled by Recurrente, we never see or store it.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s terms.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to count visits and page views in aggregate; we use no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site keeps working.
How long we keep it
Contact and project data is kept while there is a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it. Tool results not tied to a contact are deleted after 12 months. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correct it, delete it or object to its use by writing to [email protected]. We will answer as soon as we can and tell you if we need to confirm your identity.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside Guatemala (for example in the United States). We choose them for their security measures and share only what is needed.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
